Collection: The New Standard in Biomass Management

Our Winnie Systems offer a biomass digester solution unlike any other currently on the market. The use of dual phase digestion offers high yield results at a low cost and gives customers a highly capable answer to complex biomass management problems.

How It Works

  • The System Setup

System Setup is simple and has a small footprint, with limited infrastructure required:

    • Skid or Trailer are set up in ideal location
    • The system is tied into a 3-Phase, 480V electrical source
    • Inlet and outlet plumbing is run from the system to the biomass

The system includes a proprietary designed control panel and utilizes remote telemetry for 24/7 monitoring, enabling us to review performance and respond quickly in the event of an issue

  • The Digestion Process

The rate of digestion and processing can be calculated and tailored to the time frame that best fits each customer

    • An initial Sludge Judge is performed to measure total solids content and depth of biomass
    • Up to a 1000 gallons a day with the Gen II and 1500+ gallons per day with the Gen III system
    • The solids are broken up into microscopic particles and pasteurized to kill unwanted bacteria and leave behind a probiotic solution we call "The Winnie Solution"

  • Dual Phase Digestion

The Winnie Solution is either recirculated back into the biomass for aerobic digestion maximize the rate of digestion and accelerate methane emissions reduction, or is pumped out and used to make our ReGen Soil Conditioner
